Big-box retailers play match game with prices

Retailers may have tightened their belts on returns, but they’re loosening up their price-match policies this holiday season.
I think it’s a shame more of you aren’t taking advantage of price matching. After I bought my Surface, I went into Best Buy (I was accompanying someone else, see my earlier post on Best Buy) and I saw a sleeve listed at the $40 full price, that I had seen earlier in the day online at the Microsoft Store for $19.95. After showing the guys in the computer department the offer on the Microsoft Store website, they sold me the sleeve for the same price, no manager approval necessary. Very painless process, and I saved $20.
